Yes. You can create one or more metadata templates and easily toggle them on and off from your smartphone. Prepare the metadata before you go on-location, and then any file you send will have the enabled templates applied.
We offer a 7-day free trial. After that, the subscription is $3.75 per month and $0.025 per file transferred. As an example, if you transfer 500 files one month, the total cost will be $16.25, and then only 10 files the next month, the cost will be $4.00.

We run FTP server instances in the EU and US. When you connect to ftp.zentransfer.io you will be routed to the server closest to you. We are evaluating other locations continously and will respond to customer demand.

Running your own FTP server requires that you set up, configure, secure, and maintain it. Dedicated FTP server from cloud providers can be expensive and cost dozens or hundreds of dollars a month. ZenTransfer is scaled for photographers, and smart engineering and sharing infrastructure for all our clients lets us keep costs down. If you tell enough of your friends we can keep the prices really reasonable.
