One camera profile, many clients

Your camera stores a single FTP profile pointing to ZenTransfer. From the dashboard, you control which destinations receive your files. Switch clients between jobs by activating a different destination - no camera menu required, no reconnection, no re-entry of credentials.

Deliver directly to each client

Each client gets their own destination in your ZenTransfer account. That might be a newsroom FTP server, a shared Google Drive folder, a Dropbox, or an Amazon S3 bucket. ZenTransfer connects to all of them. You set up the destinations once; delivery is automatic from that point.

Metadata per assignment

Create IPTC metadata templates for each client or publication. Switch the active template before an assignment and every file you transmit that day will carry the correct byline, copyright, and credit line. No post-shoot editing in Lightroom or Bridge required.

Clean separation between jobs

ZenTransfer logs every transfer with timestamp and destination. At the end of an assignment you have a complete record of what was delivered and when. Useful for invoicing and for resolving any client questions about file delivery.

Scales as your roster grows

Add new client destinations at any time. There is no limit on the number of configured destinations, and activating or deactivating a destination takes one click in the dashboard. Your camera never knows the difference.
